Just Completed Training
And let me tell you what an interesting class. I learned quiet a bit from manager training that I would have never guessed. The last part of class addressed my personal requirements of a team and how I would adapt and change to provide for the completion and success of my goal. The main concern for any manager is the disability to work with his or her users to get the most of their work. By providing success training, goal development, and the basic do’s and dont’s I think anyone can provide sustenance to a team that you may have to cope and provide for as a manager. This is, inevitably, the toughest part of a managers job.
