One of my very dear friends just purchased a new house. I think he understood that the market wasn’t going to dip much lower in housing especially after all of the plans the government has for home owners. He didn’t realize it at the time but he now wants to buy a billiard table and get some pool balls. I have to admit, I had to coax him a little because he was realy unsure of it but I told him the value of the table to his friends and others who may want to purchase the house in the future. He did buy it and he said it was one of his best purchases for the house. I think the likes it because he can have his friends over, talk about the game, drink a little brew, and play some good old fashioned pool. I also like the ability to throw parties and have your very own pool table for people to play with. How awesome is that? I told him that he could also consider purchasing a mat for the top of the billiard table. I hope he takes my advise and settles for less during heavy rotation. The best thing for him was getting that table. He has and showed me that he is aware of his liking and friend benifit ratio. He has even put a bar in that house. I told him just to be cauctious and he can get a great place as well within his market. He seems to enjoy the new house and I dont blame him. Its nice, laid back, and also where he wants it for now
