Fax Through IP
One of my clients was looking for a way that he could provide to his employees fax over IP. He was paying an organization to provide fax through email for each of his employees and was spending quiet a bit because he ended up paying for service for each employee. He was also looking for something that was scalable and would be able to use his existing Internet line. I told him he should consider VoIP fax because he would then be able to use the same type of fax service but for less. He considered it and it looks like he will end up purchasing a fax server for his organization. I think its a good move on his part and hopefully will decrease his costs while keeping his productivity the same.
