One of my good friends has an employee who does drugs. It wouldn’t matter to him until he realized that the same employee has also been said to have been stealing and is coming in late on a regular basis. My friend is a very kind individual and he actually went to his brother and asked him about it. The brother disclosed a bit of information and my friend wanted to help him so he suggested that the employees brother should take the employee to drug rehabs. It should, at the least, help him out and find out why he has a problem to get it resolved. That’s the best thing anyone could want.
