The pull system is a little different than the push. They work by pulling resources to a certain part to develop a product. Or, in another system, the company puts out all of its products and the consumer can pull what it likes (in reference to downloading media). Peer to peer software is one type of pull system. Another would be Amazon and Netflix. This type of business also creates a unique user by reshaping existing ideas to create new business. Pull systems also provide the ease of innovation by combining products to create a unique blend. Some Taiwanese based companies provide their employees with the opportunity to create unique ideas and develop their own base of products. Cisco systems, for example, has started a e-learning campaign that has helped them increase their knowledge base of their systems but also providing users with support and information that they can use to develop and use more Cisco products.
