A Concern
One of my good friends owns a small company and he was telling me how he has, in recent months, seen a down trend in moral among the staff. i told him that the main concern that he needs to worry about is staff morale. He wanted me to find a way to get it up and I told him I will look. I thought that it would be in his best interest to have a funny t-shirts day that everyone can partake in. He loved the idea and will impliment it every Friday. I hope it works well!
