One of my good friends who is also a business partner of mine had a quesiton about what he should do about an employee he has who is addicted to drugs.  I told him that he should probably let the person go but he said he is a great person but made a mistake and wanted to help him.  I told him he should think about maybe sending him to a addiction treatment center so that he can get recovered. He said he would think about it and submit him if he feels he will complete it.
