Changes for IT professionals part 1
The two changes I feel that provide the best solutions are creating a new organizational model and simplifying the line structure. Providing employees with the ability to develop their own potential within business development can increase a organizations potential for unfound talent. Streamlining task management provides organizations with roles and leadership that is direct. The dual solution of managerial styles provides added bonuses for long term thinking managers and streamlined task oriented managers. It is a fantastic idea to be evolving with the managerial style, thus causing the organization to lose failing matrix’s and provide comprehensive support for new found ideals. Being self directed provides employees with accountability and eventually ideals that are similar to management.
