I know that many of my posts have been for the high end consumers and I have said very little to help someone who wants to be a manager.  Here are three great tips from me to help you grow into a leadership position.  First, you want to ensure that you are doing your own job well.  This means give 110 percent into what you are doing and be proud of it.  Secondly, know the criteria of management at your workplace and start to fit your concern with your manager about how you would like to someday be a manager. Third, be proactive in your work and if there is anything that you see that could benefit your team as a whole, talk to your manager about it and see if it is acceptable.  These tips will help you push from just a worker bee to the bee trying to make a difference!
