The Dreaded Bad News
Lets say your a manager. In many instances, you will be required to bring down bad news to your team in order to develop a sense of intensity. Tactfully is the best way to go about it. Why do you ask? Because it is bad enough you are providing bad news and its even worse if you do it in a wrong way. You should, at the least, ensure that you are acting as a filter between the bad news and developing a way to accomplish the goal so that it eliminates the bad news.
