Aligning Management With Reality
Many of the ideals that are reflected for managers ensure a cohesive assessment that must be aligned with reality. For example, self awareness is the ability for one to understand your consciousness. This is better defined and structured if it is done on a realistic basis and taken on a “here and now” approach. There is definitely room for “out of the box” thinking but the main goal is to apply that type of thinking to a realistic scenario. Self awareness and control is also done best in reality. If many of these issues are not addressed in reality (especially as a leader), then consequences can result such as failed strategies and missed opportunities.
