So, you are in business to sell products.  In many instances, you sell a product one way or another.  It is up to you to understand that your increased sales is directly related to the amount of originality and newness that your product has.  For example, lets say you sell paper.  There are many places and even more companies that sell paper.  What makes your paper unique.  Why would I as a consumer want to go to your business to buy your paper than other places.  That is the key to ongoing success is continued business from existing consumers that can also recommend you to others.  Please understand the strong nature of word of mouth.  Many businesses state that it would be nice but they really don’t understand how much it can influence their business.
