Working Ethically
I have not yet talked about why an ethical approach in business is the best way to develop an understanding of your own business and clients (in fact, since I am tells you that I have encountered it more than once, unfortunately). I think we all know the personal reasons why you should work ethically that will help you as a person but an outreach is that you will be able to develop without inconsistencies. Be fair in your business and that will help you tremendously in the future. This is also something that the BBB enacts for its own businesses that have its seal. IF you are unsure you are acting ethically, place yourself in an others shoes and see how they would feel. If you cannot do that, find out how businesses such as yours act day to day in business. if they are having the same concerns or issues, you probably are doing things ethically.
