The Business Cycle
The business cycle is essentially the cycle of life that any business goes through when it develops a sense of its norms. What I mean by that is specifically the day to day operations that can be adjusted within reason to keep the business cycle alive. I suspect that many organizations lack the know how or commitment to specify your business cycle because it can be extra time that many people feel is not worth spending to address. I suggest that you do so and you will be surprised to find the amount of changes that you would be able to make when you have a birds eye view of your business cycle.
