The second phase of a business image is the people who work in your store. I know, there is the old adage that it is a trivial issue but lets look at a simple scenario. You own a body building store (or any nutrition store). Is it in your best interest to hire someone out of shape? If you are a small business, that small reflection can really be a sour note with your customers although we both know that it should never provide the store facade….but it inevitably will.
